Bike Squad
Join us for our brand new Bike Squad starting this September!
It's big. It's bold. It's fresh!
You, those between 10 and 16 years, when you've come on our mountain bike activities (days and residentials), have told us you wanted to be able to do regular rides! Let us introduce the Edusports Bike Squad to you!
Some months, it'll be a skills sessions. Other months, it'll be a day ride. We'll go local. We'll go far. We'll be going to Thetford, Grafham, Prince Risborough, Wendover Woods. If you want to develop your skills in navigation, first aid, explore new places and much more as well as properly learning how to use your gears and how to ride your bike with your weight, then this is going to be a great club for you. We'll also teach you how to look after your bike and care for it, knowing that you can maintain it and aren't just waiting on your parents to sort out that puncture! We'll be doing a variety of rides using the bridleways, tracks, cycle routes up to red and maybe occassionally doing some small jumps, but if you're just wanting to learn how to jump and that is what you're interested in, then this probably isn't the club for you!
The cost for the total club is £600. This will be split into 12 monthly payments of £50.
The dates and times are:
- 27th Sept (1pm to 5pm - Skills Session - Paxton)
- 8th Nov (9am to 5pm - Ride - Shanrbrook Loop)

You don't have to have your own bike, but you should be able to ride your own bike! Bikes can be hired from us each month. Please note that if you choose to bring your own bike, this should be in a usable and road safe condition, suitable to the rides. This includes things like working brakes, tyres with suitable tread, etc.
This activity is for children between 10 and 16 years old. Those who are 10, may be given a bike ride assessment to ensure that they can ride safely.
